3Bit Machine builds apps that live inside larger platforms and do one job well. Today that means two: Sendrel keeps outside email conversations inside Zendesk tickets, where the whole support team can see them, and Navrel automates the routine work of running a Shopify store. Both install from their platform's marketplace and are billed there, so there is no separate account or invoice to manage.

The products stay deliberately small: fewer features, chosen carefully, and maintained for the long term. Support mail is answered by the people who build the software, so a bug report does not have to travel through a queue before it reaches someone who can fix it.
